Find your edition, complete one real record and keep the next step clear.
Your receipt names the Notion template. Open it using the purchasing Notion account and select the intended workspace through Notion’s purchase flow. Review its instructions and example before creating a new record.

Your first use
Name the decision, source, approval, meeting or issue you need to record. Use the actual version in front of you.
Keep fictional sample entries separate. Start a blank record. State what was checked, who responded and what remains unknown; leave unverified matters pending.
Identify the responsible person and next action. Save the record where you can find it and review it when its facts, scope or version changes.
Check your receipt and the account used to buy. For a missing Payhip download, check the receipt’s download link and junk folder. For Notion access, check the purchasing account and intended workspace. If that does not resolve it, contact VPP with the product name, edition, purchase date and a non-sensitive description. Do not send card details, passwords or private work records.
Notion has mobile apps, but setup and editing comfort depend on the device and account. Wide records and spreadsheets are easier to set up on a desktop. File editions need software that opens their stated formats. Inspect the examples and format requirements before buying.
No. It is printable. Use the Word worksheet in a compatible editor for editable text, or Excel-compatible software for editions containing a tracker.
No. These tools support a person’s manual work. A completed field is not proof that a source was checked or an authorized person approved the exact version.
Read the terms and final amount on the platform where you buy. Keep your receipt and identify the platform when asking about a purchase. VPP cannot promise a platform refund before the applicable terms and request have been checked.
Which task did you use it for? What became clearer? Where did you get stuck? A non-sensitive account of your actual experience helps improve the product. Feedback does not have to be positive.
